A one-page weekly mood tracker

A weekly tracker keeps a small amount of context beside each daily mood. The seven-row format is useful when you want more detail than a color grid but less writing than a full journal entry.

Incomplete weeks are still valid records. A few filled rows can preserve useful moments, while blank rows simply mean no check-in was added for that day.

How to use this free tool

  1. Optionally choose the date your week begins.
  2. Select a mood for any day you want to record.
  3. Add one feeling word or a short context note when useful.
  4. Review the text summary, then print or save the sheet.

Keep the weekly review gentle

The summary counts what you entered; it does not label a week as good or bad. Use the rows to remember specific moments and decide whether any deserve a longer journal note.

Helpful answers

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the weekly tracker without choosing a start date?
Yes. The date is optional, so the sheet can work as a reusable Monday-to-Sunday template.
What should I write in the context field?
A few words are enough, such as busy morning, quiet evening, time outside, difficult conversation, or anything else you want to remember.
Are my weekly entries saved?
No. They remain in this page until it is refreshed or closed. Use browser printing or Save as PDF if you want a copy.
