Thirty flexible chances to notice a mood
A 30-day mood challenge can provide a simple container for repeated check-ins. This version uses numbered days rather than calendar dates, so you can begin whenever you want and take breaks without falling behind.
Completion is shown as a neutral count. The tool does not claim that finishing thirty days creates a habit or improves mental health.
How to use this free tool
- Choose the mood you want to apply.
- Mark any day from 1 to 30.
- Change a day by choosing another mood and selecting it again.
- Print your current grid before leaving if you want a copy.
Missing days do not need fixing
Use the grid to remember what you noticed, not to grade consistency. A blank day is neutral, and a complete grid still represents only thirty brief snapshots.
